Privacy notice

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This website collects as little as possible. Below is exactly what happens to anything you send us through the contact form.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

There is no analytics, no tracking and no third-party script of any kind. Fonts are served from our own server rather than an external provider, and there are no embedded maps or videos that could start tracking you.

Storage in your browser

If you choose the light or dark view, that choice is remembered in your browser, in something called localStorage. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your machine, and neither we nor anyone else can read it.

That is why there is no consent banner here: the only thing stored is how you prefer to see the page. Clear your browser data and the choice is gone.

The contact form

If you send the form, your name, email, mobile number, topic and message go to the club's member system, IdrettenOnline. The enquiry is stored there, in the club's inbox, until the club deletes it. This website itself stores nothing and has no database.

You also get an automatic receipt by email, with a copy of what you sent.

What you send is used only to reply to you, and we do not pass it on.

Membership and court booking

Joining and paying for membership happen in the club's member system, IdrettenOnline, provided by Bloc AS. What you enter there is handled under IdrettenOnline's own privacy notice.

Court booking and payment for court hire happen in MATCHi, which has its own privacy notice.

Who processes the data

IdrettenOnline is provided by Bloc AS, which acts as data processor: it stores the enquiry for the club and sends your receipt. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps technical server logs including IP addresses for a short period for security reasons.

The legal basis is legitimate interest: being able to answer an enquiry you chose to send.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to post@haldenpadelklubb.no and we will sort it out.

If you believe we are handling data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
